Open Hospital: Affordable Pet Clinic operates an open hospital. This means that our team welcomes owners to be with their animals during any medical procedure, How ever we limit number of persons coming with a patient to 1-2 to prevent unnecessary distraction of the staff and doctor. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations and the staff will explain each charge and may provide you with options to choose. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Care Credit, and Cash. We don't accept checks.
Patient Arrival Policy: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Prescriptions and Prescription Refills: Federal law requires that we must examine your animal prior to prescribing or dispensing most medications. An annual examination and/or blood tests or other procedures may be required to refill most prescriptions. These requirements are for your pet’s safety. AND IT’S THE LAW.
